Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Carpenter Foreman to lead crews on both commercial and residential projects. This role involves hands‑on carpentry work in concrete, framing, and finish carpentry, while overseeing daily site operations to ensure quality, safety, and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead carpenters and laborers on site

• Perform concrete work, framing, cabinet installs, and finish carpentry

• Coordinate daily tasks and read blueprints to ensure accurate execution

• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and model safe practices

Requirements

• 5+ years of carpentry experience (commercial preferred)

• Strong skills in concrete, framing, and finish carpentry

• Proven experience leading crews and reading blueprints

• Good with heavy lifting and able to work on feet all day

• Pay range: $24–$35/hr depending on experience

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Coeur d'Alene, ID.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $33.00/hr.
