Job Summary

In this role, you will help shape what it feels like to work at C4T, leading high-touch programs across the employee lifecycle, with a focus on onboarding, offboarding, engagement, workplace experience, and culture. As a culture champion and trusted partner, you will help create a welcoming, connected, and inclusive experience that reflects C4T’s collaborative, mission-driven, science-focused environment.

 

Your Role

• Lead employee experience programs that help employees feel welcomed, informed, connected, and supported throughout their time at C4T.
• Serve as a visible culture champion and ambassador for C4T’s values, helping foster connection, belonging, engagement, and shared purpose.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition and hiring teams to support candidate scheduling, onsite interview coordination and day of logistics, helping to foster a well-organized candidate experience.
• Own and continuously improve onboarding, including pre-boarding, orientation, manager readiness, first-day experience, early touchpoints, and integration into C4T’s culture.
• Partner cross-functionally with HR, Talent Acquisition, IT, Facilities, Communications, managers, and leaders to deliver seamless employee lifecycle experiences.
• Own the annual engagement survey process, including preparation, launch, communications, results reporting, insights synthesis, and follow-up action planning.
• Use employee feedback, engagement survey insights, exit themes, and lifecycle data to identify opportunities to strengthen the employee experience and culture. 
• Partner with HR business partners to support Insights Discovery administration for new employees, including coordinating assessments, facilitating meaningful debriefs, and developing ongoing training opportunities that help employees and teams apply Insights to improve communication, collaboration, and team effectiveness.
• Support planning of employee events, culture initiatives, community engagement activities, and workplace programming that bring employees together and celebrate key moments.
• Partner with the Head of Total Rewards to support the evolution and execution of C4T’s wellness programming, including employee communications and coordination of related events and initiatives.
• Lead and support employee experience communications that are clear, warm, timely, and aligned with C4T’s voice and values.
• Oversee employee experience operations, including swag, recognition, milestone programs, and other thoughtful touchpoints across the employee journey.

 

Your Background

Required:

• A minimum of four years of progressive experience in HR, Employee Experience, Talent Acquisition operations, or a related function; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Experience designing and scaling onboarding, offboarding, engagement, culture, or employee lifecycle programs with a strong understanding of how thoughtful, high-touch employee experiences drive engagement, retention, culture, and business outcomes.
• Proven ability to build trust, partner cross-functionally, and influence leaders, managers, and employees at all levels with excellent project management, communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills, combining a hands-on approach and strong follow-through.
• Strong judgment, attention to detail, and ability to handle confidential or sensitive information appropriately.

Preferred:

• Comfortable using HR systems, collaboration tools, feedback channels, and data to improve employee programs; experience with ADP or similar systems.
• Experience in biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or life sciences.

 

Compensation

The base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $127,981.00 and $141,452.00 annually; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
