Revital Rehab Services is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our team at Silver Memories Health Care, a skilled nursing facility in Versailles, IN. This is a great opportunity for a motivated clinician to provide hands-on therapy and help residents regain strength, function, and mobility-while enjoying a flexible, part-time schedule.

What You'll Do:

• Provide physical therapy services under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
• Assist with evaluations and contribute to the development of individualized treatment plans
• Implement therapeutic interventions focused on functional goals and mobility improvement
• Document patient progress and communicate effectively with the care team

Qualifications:

• Associate's degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Active PTA license in Indiana
• Commitment to ethical, patient-centered care
• Willingness to participate in ongoing professional development
