Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member
As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Matthew Johnson - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful client relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community. Responsibilities: Provide information about insurance products and services. Assist clients with policy applications and renewals. Handle client inquiries and provide timely responses. Maintain accurate records of client interactions.
Qualifications: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented and able to multitask. Experience in customer service or sales preferred. Compensation: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year.

- Our office is open Monday-Friday 9:00A - 5:30P.
- We have 13 years of combined insurance experience in our office.
