Forklift Operator - 2nd & 3rd Shift

Location: Wooster, OH
Pay: $20.97 per hour
Job Type: Full-Time | On-Site
Schedule: 4-Day Workweek | Overtime Available

Alliance Industrial Solutions is hiring experienced Forklift Operators for full-time openings with a reputable automotive parts manufacturer in Wooster, OH . These positions support material movement throughout the facility, including production areas, storage areas, staging areas, and shipping and receiving.


This is a great opportunity for candidates with forklift, warehouse, manufacturing, material handling, shipping and receiving, or inventory movement experience who are looking for steady hours, weekly pay, and long-term career potential.


Available Shifts

2nd Shift
Monday-Thursday, 3:45 PM-2:15 AM
Overtime: Friday, 8-hour shift as needed


3rd Shift
Sunday-Wednesday, 7:15 PM-5:45 AM
Overtime: Thursday, 8-hour shift as needed


Responsibilities

• Safely operate a forklift to move materials, parts, and finished products throughout the facility
  
  
• Load and unload materials from trucks, storage areas, and staging areas
  
  
• Transport materials to designated areas within the facility
  
  
• Stage, stack, organize, and move materials according to work instructions
  
  
• Maneuver forklifts safely in tight spaces and around team members, equipment, and materials
  
  
• Follow proper loading and unloading procedures to prevent product or material damage
  
  
• Complete daily forklift inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns
  
  
• Follow all safety policies and maintain a clean, organized work area
  
  
• Support material flow between departments as needed

Requirements

• At least 1 year of forklift operating experience
  
  
• Experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, shipping and receiving, or material handling environment
  
  
• Ability to safely load, unload, stage, stack, and move materials
  
  
• Comfortable working 2nd or 3rd shift
  
  
• Ability to follow safety procedures and work instructions
  
  
• Strong attention to safety, accuracy, and material handling procedures
  
  
• Reliable attendance and ability to work scheduled overtime as needed
