LPN PD - 1st, 2nd, 3rd Shift

Salary: $25 - $28 / hour

Maxim Healthcare is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to work with Pediatric and/or Adult patients in their own homes in and around the Wooster, Ohio area!

Responsibilities:

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patients condition.
• Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.

Qualifications:

• Currently licensed as an LPN in the State of Ohio.
• Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
• Current Hands-On BLS card.
• One year prior professional nursing experience preferred.
