PLM Systems Analyst

What we are looking for is an experienced Oracle Agile PLM Systems Analyst to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Oracle Product Lifecycle Management (PLM). The role involves working closely with business stakeholders, engineering teams, and cross‑functional IT to deliver efficient Agile PLM solutions. Responsibilities Manage the development of SaaS and enterprise‑wide applications for data collection, retrieval, accessibility, and usage supporting internal department planning. Lead the design, configuration, setup, and update of application tables, access control, and data validity for mission‑critical process flows. Analyze, design, and implement extensions and tailored solutions to align packaged applications with functional business requirements. Create complex reports using query and flexible reporting tools to meet business management needs. Manage user accesses, application development changes, and system standards implementation. Provide timely resolution of problems or escalation on behalf of customers. Oversee complex system upgrades, including planning, scheduling, coordination, deployment, and testing of enhancements, fixes, patches, and upgrades. Maintain system availability and performance through proactive analysis, maintenance, and coordination of health checks. Lead cross‑functional teams to address business or system issues. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree required; advanced degree preferred. 10+ years of experience with Agile PLM; Oracle ERP experience is a plus. Preferred Qualifications Strong communication skills with the ability to engage a wide range of stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to solve end‑user issues and mentor team members. Advanced technical and analytical skills, including project management of IT solutions. Experience managing people and projects in a fast‑paced, rapid‑changing environment. Proficiency in Agile DevSecOps methodologies and AI tools for process automation and data insight. Benefits and Compensation Pay Range: $108,960.00 – $163,440.00 Annual. Annual Incentive Compensation at a target equal to 12% of base pay.
