Job Title: Operator Job Description

Join our dynamic team as an Operator in the Cell and Module Assembly Departments. We offer various shifts, including day and night options, to suit your lifestyle. You will work on a rotating schedule with 12-hour shifts, ensuring you have every other weekend off. We also offer regular weekday shifts for those preferring a more traditional schedule.

Responsibilities

• Operate standard machinery and ensure smooth production processes.

• Package and move parts and boxes around the plant.

• Primarily focus on machine operating tasks.

Essential Skills

• Minimum of 9 months tenure at each previous job.

• At least 6 months of manufacturing experience.

• Ability to work with PPE and in a clean room environment.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Ability to maintain employment without gaps exceeding 30 days.

Work Environment

The facility is expansive, requiring significant walking between buildings and across the plant. Work in a clean room environment that is meticulously clean, temperature-controlled, and well-lit. Strict adherence to 5S3K principles is maintained, ensuring an organized and efficient workspace.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Holland, MI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
