We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented CNC Machine Operator to join our production team. This role involves operating CNC machines, handling metal materials, recording measurements, and collaborating with other departments to ensure quality standards are met throughout the production process.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented CNC Machine Operator to join our production team. This role involves operating CNC machines, handling metal materials, recording measurements, and collaborating with other departments to ensure quality standards are met throughout the production process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate CNC machines safely and efficiently
- Load and unload metal bars into machines
- Take and record accurate measurements on provided documentation
- Monitor production quality and report any issues
- Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure product specifications are met
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Prior manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred (CNC experience a plus)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in measurements
- Ability to follow instructions and quality standards
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
