Location: Waco, TX | Work Type: On-site | Pay: $50,000 - $70,000/year

What You’ll Be Doing:

As an Installation Manager, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Leading and coordinating installation crews to ensure projects are completed on time and to standard.
• Visiting job sites to oversee progress, troubleshoot issues, and maintain quality control.
• Communicating with clients to ensure expectations are met and projects run smoothly.
• Managing schedules, materials, and logistics to keep installations on track.
• Training and supporting team members to improve performance and consistency.
• Ensuring all work meets safety standards and company expectations.

What You Bring:

• Leadership Experience - Background managing teams in installation, construction, or a related field.
• Attention to Detail - Strong focus on quality and getting the job done right the first time.
• Problem-Solving Skills - Ability to think quickly and resolve issues on-site.
• Communication Skills - Comfortable working with both crews and clients to keep projects aligned.
• Industry Experience (Preferred) - Experience in stone, construction, or installation environments is a plus.
