Join Our Team as a Teller!

Are you a people person who loves to help others? Do you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where accuracy matters? We’re searching for friendly, detail-oriented individuals to join our team and provide exceptional customer service. 

What You’ll Do:

• Greet and assist customers with everyday banking needs- whether it’s deposits, withdrawals, or check cashing.
• Build relationships with customers by understanding their needs and offering the right banking solutions. 
• Accurately process transactions and balance your cash drawer. 
• Help with additional tasks like issuing cashier’s checks, processing night deposits, and handling coin rolls. 
• Help with debit cards, safe deposit boxes, and more. 
• Work with your team to ensure smooth operations, especially during busy times. 

Who You Are:

• You have a high school diploma or equivalent, with some experience in customer service or cash handling (preferred but not required).
• Prior teller experience of 1+ years is preferred, especially if you’re looking to take the next step toward future leadership opportunities as a Lead Teller role. 
• You’re a natural multitasker, able to handle several tasks while keeping a smile on your face. 
• You have great communication skills and enjoy interacting with customers and coworkers.
• You are detail-oriented, organized, and can balance your drawer with ease.
• You’re flexible and able to work at different locations or on Saturdays when needed.
• You will be working out at both Gresham and Shawano branches.
