Junior Administrative Assistant

Junior Administrative Assistant Chicago, IL (This is a full-time, onsite position in downtown Chicago) $45,000 - $50,000 /year We’re seeking a professional and dependable Junior Administrative Assistant to support a large team of 25+ junior bankers in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment where priorities can shift throughout the day. This role is a great fit for recent graduates or early-career professionals with 0–2 years of office or administrative experience who are eager to gain valuable experience in a global organization. Note: Previous internship, administrative, customer service, hospitality, or office support experience is highly valued. What You’ll Be Doing: Coordinate meetings, conference calls, and video conferences across multiple time zones Manage calendars, inboxes, and scheduling logistics for a team of bankers and leaders Arrange travel, accommodations, and process expense reports accurately and efficiently Handle a high volume of professional communication — including phone calls, emails, and internal correspondence Collaborate with other administrative professionals and provide coverage as needed Support daily operational needs and ad hoc administrative projects What We’re Looking For: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience 0–2 years of administrative or client-facing experience in a professional office setting Experience coordinating schedules, meetings, or calendars for multiple stakeholders is strongly preferred Comfortable handling emails, phone calls, and scheduling for multiple people Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel Professional demeanor, high attention to detail, and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset What You’ll Gain: Professional experience in a global corporate office Medical benefits + paid time off Clear expectations, strong onboarding, and room to grow in an admin path If you are ready to take the next step in your administrative career and grow in a professional and supportive environment, we would love to hear from you.
