Description - What You'll Do

• Conduct routine and sophisticated clinical lab tests-including chemistry, hematology, and immunology-while adhering to proven protocols.
• Evaluate results for precision, troubleshoot inconsistencies, and ensure optimal performance through preventative maintenance and calibration of lab equipment.
• Aid in specimen collection and meticulously prepare samples for analysis as necessary.
• Keep detailed records of procedures, mentor new staff or students, and maintain high-quality standards within the lab environment.
• Ensure a clean and safe workspace while complying with regulatory mandates and accreditation criteria.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health qualification with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) certification must be obtained within one year of employment.
• Maintain your certification continuously throughout your career with us.
