This key leadership role is responsible for overseeing the bank's commercial lending operations, ensuring sound credit practices, strong client relationships, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the commercial lending team, providing guidance, training, and mentorship.
• Oversee the loan approval process, ensuring adherence to credit criteria, pricing standards, and regulatory guidelines.
• Monitor portfolio performance and implement corrective actions for underperforming loans, including restructuring or collections.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, offering financial insights that support business growth and profitability.
• Promote a culture of accountability, customer service, and ethical lending practices.
