Responsibilities include:Drive growth in business banking segment for companies with annual revenue of $2.5MM up to $50MM. Provide leadership to a business banking sales team to execute One Bank strategy and grow market share. Deliver strategic direction and leadership to sustain profitability and annual growth of the market. Foster a team culture that is customer obsessed while overseeing relationship management, business development activities, and related risk. Basic Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or other related field, or equivalent work experience - Typically 10 or more years of business banking or relevant experience - Typically five or more years of management/leadership experience Preferred Skills/Experience - Thorough knowledge of banking products/services, banking operations, and current market trends - Demonstrated new business development and relationship management skills Detailed knowledge of credit analysis practices and procedures and underwriting proficiency - Strong management and leadership skills - Well-developed analytical, decision-making and problem-solving skills - Effective verbal and written communication skills LocationIf not meeting with clients, this role requires working from a U.S. Bank location three (3) or more days per week.If there’s anything we can do to accommodate a disability during any portion of the application or hiring process, please refer to our disability accommodations for applicants.
