What You’ll Do Lead and maintain our Quality Management System (QMS) Ensure compliance with AS9100, ISO 9001, Nadcap, FAR, DFARS, ITAR, OEM standards, and IATF 16949 automotive requirements Manage audits, corrective actions, and final product/service release Supervise and mentor the Quality team Oversee supplier qualifications and equipment calibration Support APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) and PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) for automotive programs Promote safety and regulatory compliance across operations What You Bring Bachelor’s degree + 10 years in engineering or quality Experience in aerospace and/or automotive manufacturing (steel, aluminum, titanium, etc.) AS9100 Lead Auditor certification Familiarity with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and automotive Core Tools (FMEA, MSA, SPC) Six Sigma Green Belt or Lean Manufacturing experience Strong understanding of QMS principles and technical specs Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Ready to make an impact? #J-18808-Ljbffr Page Mechanical Group, Inc.
