Overview El Estado de Connecticut, Departamento de Salud Mental y Servicios de Adicción (DMHAS) está contratando dos Asistentes de Salud Mental 2 a tiempo parcial dentro del Programa de Servicios de Vida Comunitaria para Jóvenes Adultos (YAS) en Middletown, CT. Responsabilidades Liderar a los Asistentes de Salud Mental en la evaluación, planificación e implementación de intervenciones de enfermería, clínicas y/o rehabilitativas para apoyar las necesidades a corto y/o largo plazo del cliente. Realizar de manera independiente el rango completo de funciones paraprofesionales en gestión de casos y servicios de intervención en crisis. Participar en intervenciones de enfermería, clínicas y/o rehabilitativas asignadas para satisfacer las necesidades a corto y largo plazo del cliente. Abogar por servicios o recursos que satisfagan las necesidades y preferencias del cliente. Observar y registrar el comportamiento del cliente. Preparar informes de incidentes y accidentes. Monitorear el progreso del cliente. Ayudar al cliente con la toma de decisiones y la resolución de problemas. Asistir al cliente en el aprendizaje y utilización de habilidades de vida diaria, presupuesto, monitoreo de medicamentos y/o adaptación a la comunidad. Intervención en crisis, desarrollo de relaciones con individuos/grupos y proporcionando apoyo. Consejería terapéutica bajo supervisión; desarrollar planes de estudio e instruir grupos; organizar; entender, interpretar y llevar a cabo instrucciones orales y escritas. Calificaciones Conocimientos de rehabilitación psiquiátrica, estándares de atención de enfermería, dinámicas del comportamiento humano y habilidades de comunicación. Experiencia previa en gestión de casos y servicios de intervención en crisis. Capacidad para trabajar de manera independiente y en equipo.
