Human Resources Benefits & Operations Specialist II

Corcept Therapeutics seeks a Human Resources Benefits & Operations Specialist II to manage benefits administration, employee lifecycle support, and HR operations. The role coordinates with internal teams and external vendors to ensure accurate recordkeeping, compliance, and process efficiency in a pharmaceutical company setting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate benefits reporting, recordkeeping, and auditing with internal and external partners
• Administer enrollments, terminations, and plan changes in HRIS and vendor systems
• Support annual open enrollment, carrier renewals, HSA processing, and benefits projects
• Serve as HR point of contact for employee policy and benefits inquiries
• Manage employee lifecycle data entry, validation, and HRIS record updates

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field, or equivalent experience
• 1–3 years HRIS administration experience (Dayforce, Workday, UKG, or ADP preferred)
• Benefits or technology role experience in a global company
• Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
• Attention to detail, organizational ability, and deadline management
• Integrity in handling confidential employee data
• Proactive problem-solving and independent ownership of tasks

Compensation: $101,300–$119,200 base
