Critical Care Float Nurse

Provide nursing care in critical care environments. Work with patient ratios of 1:1 to 1:2. Experience in neuro and cardiac care is required. Traveler must have expertise in ICP monitoring and external ventricular drain management. Responsibilities include patient assessment, management, and monitoring. Work within a collaborative team environment with interdisciplinary support. Participate in the care of patients across various critical care units. Familiarity with charting systems is expected. Floating to other areas of the hospital may be required. Must be available for weekend shifts. RTO restrictions apply. All candidates must possess strong critical thinking and clinical skills.
