Manchester Memorial Hospital, part of Eastern Connecticut Health Network, seeks a Wound Care Nurse Practitioner for our Healthcare & Medical Services department. In this role, you will independently assess, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic wounds, perform debridement and advanced dressing selection, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to optimize healing and prevent complications. You will educate patients and families on wound care, document in the EMR, and support quality and infection-prevention initiatives.
