Manchester Memorial Hospital, part of Eastern Connecticut Health Network, seeks a Wound Care Nurse Practitioner to deliver advanced assessment, treatment, and follow-up for acute and chronic wounds in inpatient and outpatient settings. The NP will perform comprehensive evaluations, develop evidence-based wound care plans, perform debridement and advanced dressing selection, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and educate patients and families on prevention and self-care. This role supports ECHN’s community-focused mission, offering opportunities for professional growth, mentorship, and participation in quality improvement to enhance patient outcomes.
