Manchester Memorial Hospital, part of Eastern Connecticut Health Network, seeks a Wound Care Nurse Practitioner to deliver advanced wound assessment, treatment, and follow-up for diverse patients. In this community-focused role, you will perform comprehensive evaluations, debridement, and evidence-based wound therapies, order and interpret diagnostics, and collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and rehab staff to optimize healing outcomes. You will educate patients and families on prevention and self-care, document care plans, and support performance improvement initiatives in a supportive, growth-oriented environment.
