Manchester Memorial Hospital, part of Eastern Connecticut Health Network (ECHN), seeks a Wound Care Nurse Practitioner to provide advanced assessment, treatment, and follow-up for patients with acute and chronic wounds. In this role, you will perform comprehensive evaluations, develop evidence-based wound care plans, manage debridement and dressings, and collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and rehabilitation staff to optimize healing and prevent complications. You will educate patients and families on wound management and self-care, document care accurately in the EMR, and contribute to quality improvement initiatives. ECHN offers a supportive, community-focused environment with strong opportunities for professional growth and interdisciplinary collaboration.
