Manchester Memorial Hospital, part of Eastern Connecticut Health Network, seeks a Wound Care Nurse Practitioner to provide advanced assessment, treatment, and management of acute and chronic wounds. In this role, you will perform comprehensive wound evaluations, debridement, dressing selection, and coordinate multidisciplinary plans of care across inpatient and outpatient settings. You will educate patients and families on wound prevention and self-care, collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and rehab staff, and ensure evidence-based, cost-effective care.
