Key Qualifications:

Proven experience in outside sales (2-5+ years), preferably within HVAC, plumbing, or construction-related products.
Strong technical understanding of HVAC systems, plumbing systems, or building science.
High school diploma required; an Associate or Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering is advantageous.
Exceptional skills in communication, relationship building, and negotiation.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools like Salesforce.
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record necessary for local travel.
