Trust & Estate Paralegal

We’re seeking an experienced Trust & Estate Paralegal to join a well-established law firm with a strong estate planning and probate practice. This is an onsite opportunity offering the chance to work closely with experienced attorneys and support clients through probate or estate administration matters. This role is ideal for someone with strong probate experience who is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple matters from initiation through completion. Handle a broad range of probate or estate administration matters, including probate petitions, estate settlement, and trust administration Assist attorneys with probate matters from initial intake through final distribution and closing Prepare and file probate-related documents, court forms, petitions, notices, and other legal documents Coordinate with executors, trustees, beneficiaries, courts, financial institutions, and other relevant parties Assist with estate inventories, creditor claims, accountings, asset transfers, and distributions Qualifications: 3+ years of probate or estate administration experience Fluent or proficient in Spanish is preferred. Strong experience handling probate administration or estate administration matters Experience assisting with wills, trusts, estates, and related documentation Strong organizational, communication, and attention-to-detail skills Ability to manage multiple probate matters independently and work effectively with attorneys and clients. Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary for this position is between $85,000 – $105,000 base. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
