As an unarmed patrol officer at a technology, media, and telecommunications location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and report security-related concerns. You will deliver exceptional customer service, communicate professionally with employees and visitors, and support a welcoming environment. Position Type Part Time Pay Rate $22.60 / Hour Job Schedule DayTimeSat 12:00 AM - 12:00 PM Sun 12:00 AM - 12:00 PM What You'll Do Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and guests at a technology-focused location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of office areas, entry points, parking areas, and the facility perimeter to help identify and report unusual conditions. Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials in accordance with site procedures, and report unauthorized access concerns to appropriate personnel. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established escalation and reporting procedures. Complete accurate activity logs, incident reports, and other required documentation while communicating professionally with Allied Universal leadership and client representatives. Minimum Requirements Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
