Customer Service Specialist

Customer Service Representative, providing exceptional support to clients through a high-volume contact center environment. You'll handle account inquiries, process transactions, resolve issues, and deliver accurate information while maintaining a strong customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
- Research and resolve customer inquiries, documenting interactions in CRM systems.
- Process ACH transfers, wire transfers, stop payments, and account maintenance requests.
- Provide accurate account and transactional information.
- Identify customer needs and deliver effective solutions.
- Maintain knowledge of banking products, systems, and procedures.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of banking, financial services, or financial institution experience.
- 2+ years of high-volume call center experience.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, ACHs, wire transfers, investments, and banking terminology.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Teams.
- Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask, navigate multiple systems, and work both independently and collaboratively.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree not required.
Rate: $20/HR
5 days a week onsite
