Business and leisure travellers can get the best of both worlds with three meeting rooms and a business center along with an outdoor pool and Club Lounge We are currently looking for an Assistant Chief Engineer to join our amazingteam at Crowne Plaza West Cairo – Arkan. Your day to day: Oversee the day-to-day routine and preventative maintenance within the hotel. Ensure that all maintenance requests received are timely responded to as per the standard. Execute all administrative tasks assigned by the Chief Engineer. Execute the preventative maintenance schedule and ensure all equipment and designated areas are maintained to the required standard. Maintain the physical functionality and safety of the hotel including, but not limited to, guest rooms, public space and heart-of-the-house areas. Conduct inspections for preventive maintenance needs. Ensure that that all tools, equipment, and working areas are kept in good condition. Ensure proper documentation of engineering operation as per standard requirements. Assist in the implementation of energy conservation program. Recommend maintenance system improvements and energy savings. Test, troubleshoot, and perform basic repair on all types of equipment. What we need from you: Bachelor's degree in the relevant engineering field. At least 2 years of experience leading or supervising a team.
