Vehicle Detailing Specialist

The ideal candidate is a meticulous and hardworking Vehicle Detailing Specialist to join our team. As a Vehicle Detailing Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring every vehicle is cleaned, polished, and in showroom condition.

Essential Functions

Job duties include, although are not limited to:

• Perform interior and exterior vehicle detailing, including washing, waxing, vacuuming, and deep cleaning.

• Clean and treat upholstery, carpets, and leather surfaces.

• Use specialized equipment and cleaning products to remove stains, odors, and imperfections.

• Inspect vehicles for detailing needs and ensure high-quality work.

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

• Follow safety guidelines and company procedures.

Internal Relationships

Reports to Fleet Maintenance Manager

External Relationships

Has regular contact with associates of The Boca Raton

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently.
• Ability to use various cleaning tools and chemicals safely.
• Good physical stamina—able to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods.

Education/Experience Requirements

• Valid driver’s license
• Previous experience in auto detailing or car washing is preferred

Physical Requirements

Lifting 50 lbs. maximum with frequent lifting and carrying of objects weighing up to 25 lbs. It requires walking or standing to a significant degree, as well as reaching, handling, feeling, talking, hearing, and seeing.
