Loan Officer

We are seeking a motivated and results-dr en Loan Officer/Account Execut ive to join a growing private lending and financial services organization focused on supporting real estate investors and developers nationwide. In this role, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and delivering customized financing solutions. Prospect, develop, and maintain relationships with real estate investors, developers, brokers, and other industry professionals. Educate prospective and existing clients on various property financing solutions including construction, bridge, and DSCR loans.Assess client needs and recommend tailored lending structures to support their business objectives. Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation and qualification through closing. Consistently meet or exceed sales and revenue targets. Maintain an organized pipeline of opportunities and actively track progress through all stages of the sales process. Work closely with internal underwriting, processing, and operations teams to ensure a smooth client experience. Provide exceptional customer service and act as a trusted advisor throughout the financing process. Qualifications Strong verbal and written communication skills, including phone, email, and presentation capabilities. Excellent relationship-building and client management skills. Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently. Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-growth, and performance-driven environment.
