Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop and implement person-centered, recovery-oriented treatment plans tailored to meet individual client needs.

• Conduct ongoing assessments to determine treatment efficacy and adjust approaches as necessary to facilitate optimal outcomes.

• Guide clients in enhancing coping, problem-solving, and communication skills to empower their independence.

• Support clients in establishing and adhering to daily and community living skills, such as budgeting, job searching, and developing healthy routines.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily involve adults aged 18 and above who are experiencing various mental health challenges that impact their ability to function in daily life. You will work closely with individuals in need of support to achieve greater community stability and personal independence by utilizing a person-centered approach that values each client's unique experiences and aspirations.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Current state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is required.

• Ability to practice independently without supervision.
\n
• No histories of disciplinary actions on professional licensure.
\n
• Strong understanding of confidentiality regulations and ethical guidelines.

• Prior experience in providing direct clinical services, including conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and delivering therapeutic interventions.

Compensation and Benefits\n
