Job Description

Join a dynamic team at a facility located minutes from the stunning Pacific beaches of California's Central Coast. As a Physical Therapist in the Acute Rehab department, you will engage with adult patients, providing essential rehabilitation services to improve their functional capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Implement therapy interventions to enhance recovery and mobility
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
• Educate patients and their families about rehabilitation processes

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current Physical Therapist licensure
• Preferred minimum of 2 years experience in a similar setting
• Ability to float to acute care as needed
