Minimum Requirements:

• Allied Health License for CA or Compact as applicable
• Applicable recent experience in this work setting
• Minimum Experience varies by Profession and setting.
• Commitment to quality care and adherence to client legal and client protocols
• Certifications: Hold license as a Physical Therapist in the state in which you intend to work
• Equipment/Procedures: Electronic Medical Record, PT billing policy & procedure re: Medicare work-comp, private, auto, liens, cash pay etc., DX and ICD-10 coding
• Experience: Not specified
