Job Description The Westin Dallas Downtown is seeking enthusiastic and professional Cocktail Servers to join our team. As a Cocktail Server, you will provide exceptional service to our guests at the bar, and restaurant areas, ensuring a memorable and enjoyable experience. Responsibilities Greet guests promptly and courteously, taking drink orders accurately and efficiently. Serve cocktails, beverages, and light snacks in the bar, and restaurant settings. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including bar and service areas. Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service. Collaborate with team members to provide seamless service and exceed guest expectations. Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues professionally and promptly. Assist with setting up and breaking down service areas as needed. Skills & Qualifications Previous experience as a cocktail server in bars, or restaurants preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and approachable demeanor. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Knowledge of cocktail recipes and beverage service standards is a plus. Must be of legal age to serve alcohol in the state of Texas. #J-18808-Ljbffr
