About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of Sales to lead the development and execution of a comprehensive go-to-market strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for unifying and optimizing sales channels, creating a long-term sales plan, and leading a high-performing sales team. This role requires a leader with a proven track record in a high-growth B2B SaaS or tech-enabled services environment, particularly in the fintech, HRtech, or payments sectors. The Head of Sales will be instrumental in driving revenue growth, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance, and ensuring the team is equipped with the necessary tools and processes to succeed. Key responsibilities for the Head of Sales include sales strategy and GTM execution, team leadership and development, operations, metrics, and forecasting, as well as cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of sales experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a sales leadership role, and a strong background in building and refining sales processes. They should be adept at using data to drive decision-making, have a proven ability to build and retain top sales talent, and possess excellent relationship management skills. Experience in the HR, payroll, or benefits ecosystems, and familiarity with the earned wage access or financial wellness space, is preferred. The role demands a hands-on approach, with the Head of Sales expected to be actively involved in closing high-value deals and representing the company at various industry events.
