About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Certified Medication Technician (CMT) to join our care team at our Cassville, MO location. As a Certified Medication Technician (CMT) , you will play a vital role in ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of our residents by administering medications and providing personalized care.
Responsibilities:
Administer medications as prescribed by physicians and under the supervision of licensed nurses
Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions to nursing staff and physicians
Provide assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and toileting
Assist with mealtime activities and ensure residents' nutritional needs are met
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of medication administration and resident care
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
Requirements:
Must be a Certified Medication Technician (CMT) in the state of Missouri
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition residents as needed
