You will drive reporting excellence, portfolio transparency, financial discipline, and continuous process improvement while ensuring accurate and trusted portfolio information is available to stakeholders across the organization.Where You'll WorkThis role is remote. Job seekers must reside in one of the following states to be considered: PA, NJ, or DE. Relocation assistance is not available for this role.What You'll DoDevelop and maintain portfolio, financial, resource, and executive reporting, including dashboards and scorecards, to provide visibility into portfolio performance and health.Analyze portfolio metrics, capacity, trends, forecast accuracy, and financial variances to deliver actionable insights and recommendations for leadership.Identify emerging risks, opportunities, and performance trends across the technology portfolio to support strategic decision-making.Support portfolio budgeting, forecasting, month-end activities, reconciliations, and financial data governance in partnership with IT Finance and portfolio leaders.Administer portfolio management tools and data, ensuring reporting accuracy, governance compliance, and timely user support.Support portfolio intake, prioritization, planning, and status management processes to align investments with strategic objectives.Drive continuous improvement through process optimization, automation, and translation of business needs into functional requirements that improve efficiency, scalability, and data quality.What You'll Bring3+ years of experience in analysis, portfolio reporting, data management, financial reporting, or a related roleExperience creating reports, dashboards, and insights using Excel, Power BI, SharePoint, Power Automate, or similar toolsExperience supporting budget, forecast, actuals, variance analysis, financial controls, and reportingCommitment to data quality and accuracyExperience improving processes and reducing manual effort through automation or better toolingBachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience#LI-AZ1Our Total Rewards package includes benefits you’ll love such as competitive compensation, paid time off, an employee assistance program, parental leave, paid volunteer hours, and amazing company discounts!
