Job Function:

• Full-time Cardiac Surgery Advanced Practitioner (PA or NP) for a 24/7 service.
• Role includes ICU and step-down coverage, OR responsibilities, and some outpatient office staffing.
• Ideal candidates are board-certified PA/NPs, preferably RNFA certified, with cardiac surgery or CTICU experience.
• Flexible scheduling available, including day and night shifts.
• Team consists of two cardiac surgeons and five cardiac surgery PAs with a growing case volume.
• Case mix includes open heart surgery, CABG, valve procedures, minimally invasive surgery, and TAVR.

Job Requirements:

• Requirements include DEA, ACLS/BLS, CME maintenance, and strong communication skills.
• ANP, FNP or PA.
• BC and CT license.
• 1 year of experience required.
