Pay & Benefits:

• Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00 (for internal purposes; salary info below)
• Salary Range: $250,000 - $325,000/year (discussed at interview)

What You ll Do:

• Provide high-quality neonatal care in a dynamic Level III NICU
• Attend high-risk deliveries and assess critically-ill newborns
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams including NNPs, pediatric subspecialists, and nurses
• Support transport calls and coordinate patient transfers
• Follow evidence-based clinical guidelines and contribute to quality improvement initiatives
• Participate in teaching and mentoring of residents and fellows as needed

What You Need:

• Medical Degree and completion of Neonatology fellowship
• Board Certification or Eligibility in Neonatology
• Valid New York State Medical License (or eligible to obtain)
• Strong clinical skills and teamwork orientation
• Commitment to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care
