The PNW branch is looking for an outgoing and mission-oriented Legal Balances Assistant to be a part of our team at our Spokane, WA office. You would become a vital part of a close-knit group of attorneys, legal assistants, paralegals, and staff who all share a profound dedication to supporting our clients throughout their recovery journeys.

Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to both external and internal clients with a professional, courteous manner
- Confirm outstanding balances with providers and insurance payment information
- Negotiate reimbursement with insurance
- Audit payor ledgers to ensure accuracy and that there are no overpayments
- Coordinating payments and facilitating the closing process with clients
- Effectively maintain written and computer records in accordance with regulatory agencies
- 1-3 years Law Firm Experience (preferred)
- 1-3 years of Sales or Customer Service Experience (preferred)
- Associate's degree (preferred)
- Enjoy helping and interacting with people
- Offer compassion to individuals who are injured
- Can balance multiple tasks and cases without skipping a beat
- Are driven to win and take pride in your work
- Enjoy finding creative solutions
- Are meticulous in record keeping
Compensation:
- Pay rate: $21-24/hr.
- Health, Dental, and Vision care up to 100% employer paid (Buy up options available)
