UI - UX Developer

What You'll Be Doing Developing high-performance, scalable front-end applications for our HR and payroll platform. Owning front-end architecture for key functions with long-term scalability in mind. Building reusable UI components, design systems, and frameworks. Collaborating with Product, UX, and Backend teams from concept to launch. Translating prototypes and concepts into polished, user-focused interfaces. Ensuring top-tier code quality through testing, debugging, and peer reviews. Contributing to technical discussions and architecture improvements. Researching and integrating emerging front-end technologies for better performance and usability. Supporting creation of AI-enhanced interfaces and intelligent user flows. What You'll Need Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern web tooling Experience delivering responsive, accessible, production-grade web applications Experience integrating front-end applications with RESTful APIs and backend services Deep understanding of UX/UI principles and experience building from wireframes and design mockups Creative yet strategic problem-solving skills Excellent communication and collaboration abilities Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment Preferred (not required) Experience using Figma or similar design tools Experience with modern front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue Experience with version control tools such as Git or P4V Exposure to C# and .NET environments Flutter experience for cross-platform development Strong understanding of REST APIs and JSON data handling Familiarity with AI-driven design workflows, automation, or intelligent UI patterns Interest in or prior exposure to SaaS, HR technology, or payroll systems What You'll Receive Competitive pay, depending on experience 100% paid health, vision, dental, life, and LTD insurance 401k with employer match Competitive compensation consistent with qualifications Personal and Professional development Help build and shape a great tax team Entrepreneurial culture #J-18808-Ljbffr EmergencyMD
