Demand Generation Manager

We are looking for an experienced Demand Generation Manager to drive B2B lead generation through strategic cold email, LinkedIn outreach, market research, and demand-generation campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a strong background with SDR / outbound lead-generation companies or environments, such as Prospect Hunters, CIENCE, Martal Group, or similar organizations. Candidates should not currently be associated with these companies.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage cold email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns.
Build and execute B2B demand and lead-generation strategies.
Conduct market research, identify target accounts, and define ideal customer profiles.
Manage campaign performance, analyze results, and continuously optimize outreach.
Develop messaging, targeting, segmentation, and prospecting strategies.
Lead and manage offshore SDR/lead-generation teams, ensuring productivity and quality.
Establish processes, KPIs, reporting, and best practices for outbound campaigns.

Requirements

810+ years of experience in demand generation, lead generation, SDR, or outbound sales.
Proven experience managing cold email and LinkedIn campaigns at scale.
Strong B2B market research and prospecting expertise.
Significant experience managing offshore teams.
Strong understanding of SDR processes, outreach tools, campaign analytics, and conversion metrics.
Excellent communication, analytical, and team-management skills.

Preferred / Good to Have

Experience working with third-party campaign, email outreach, and prospecting platforms such as Instantly, HubSpot, ZoomInfo, Apollo, or similar tools is preferred but not required.
Hands-on experience using these platforms for campaign execution, prospecting, lead generation, reporting, and performance optimization would be a strong plus.
