Marketing & Operations Coordinator

GTI Graphic Technology, Inc. is a manufacturer of ISO 3664 and ASTM D1729 compliant lighting systems for critical color viewing and matching, serving customers around the world from our facilities in Newburgh, NY and Harrislee, Germany. We're looking for an organized and detail-driven Marketing & Operations Coordinator to support our marketing, compliance documentation, and day-to-day office operations. Position Summary This is a multi-faceted role combining marketing execution, sales/webstore support, compliance document management, and general administrative coordination. The ideal candidate is comfortable moving between creative tasks (social media, advertising) and detail-oriented, process-driven tasks (maintaining certificates, managing files, working in Excel) — and can keep multiple ongoing responsibilities organized at once. Key Responsibilities Marketing & Communications Create and manage advertising content and social media posts across company channels. Monitor and respond to general company email, plus sales and webstore inboxes. Design and maintain product, box, and miscellaneous labels used on the factory floor; manage reprints as needed. Maintain instruction files and manage reprinting of instructional materials as needed. Data & Reporting Process LiteSupport field data and generate reports in Excel. Update webstore pricing and make corrections as needed. Compliance Documentation Maintain and update Certificates of Conformance files. Maintain and update EU Declaration of Conformity files. Events & Administration Organize and manage trade show logistics, including show orders. Maintain records for organizational memberships. Qualifications Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience) preferred. Prior experience with social media management and basic graphic/label design. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and common graphics programs; comfortable processing and reporting on data. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail — this role manages compliance-sensitive files. Comfortable managing multiple ongoing responsibilities and shifting between creative and administrative tasks. Experience with e-commerce/webstore platforms is a plus.
