We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Specialist / Call Auditor to review recorded customer calls, evaluate service quality, and ensure compliance with company standards and procedures. Work a stable day shift schedule with no evenings or weekends required.
Responsibilities:
- Listen to and evaluate recorded customer calls.
- Review calls for accuracy, professionalism, and compliance.
- Document audit results and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare reports and identify recurring issues.
- Maintain confidentiality and accurate records.
Qualifications:
- Customer service, call center, or quality assurance experience preferred.
- Strong listening skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Proficiency with computers and basic reporting tools.
