Electrical Foreman - Data Center Construction - Southaven, Mississippi Travel Role Up to $70/Hour | $166/Day Per Diem (Paid All 7 Days) | 70+ Hours Per Week | $50,000 Equity Opportunity

We're hiring multiple Electrical Foremen for a large-scale data center construction project in Memphis, TN. This is an opportunity to join one of the most exciting technology infrastructure builds in the country while earning top-tier pay, consistent overtime, daily per diem, and a long-term path to equity ownership.

Compensation & Schedule

• $60 - $70 per hour
• $166/day per diem paid all 7 days
• 70+ hours available weekly
• 6 x 12-hour shifts
• Day and Night Shift openings
• $50,000 equity package available upon conversion to permanent employment

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead electrical crews on a large-scale data center construction project
• Coordinate daily field activities and manpower
• Install and oversee conduit, cable tray, underground duct bank, feeder systems, and power distribution equipment
• Read and interpret blueprints, electrical drawings, and specifications
• Support startup, commissioning, and energization of electrical systems
• Ensure compliance with lockout/tagout and all site safety procedures
• Maintain production schedules, workmanship quality, and crew performance

Qualifications

• Previous Electrical Foreman experience required
• State Journeyman Electrician License preferred
• 5+ years of industrial, commercial, mission-critical, or data center construction experience
• Strong experience with 415V and/or 480V electrical systems
• Experience with switchgear, busway, PDU/UPS systems, grounding, and power distribution equipment
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and construction documents
• Medium-voltage experience is a strong plus
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Houston, TX.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $70.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
