Recruiting Coordinator

GTRJOBS is growing, and we’re looking for a detail-driven, highly organized Recruiting Coordinator to support our fast-paced recruiting team.

This role sits at the center of our recruiting and onboarding process — ensuring candidates, clients, and internal teams have a smooth, accurate, and professional experience from start to finish. What You’ll Do

• Provide daily recruiting support, including scheduling interviews and coordinating candidate communications
• Manage onboarding documentation and ensure candidates complete all required pre-employment steps
• Assist recruiters with job postings, resume formatting, and candidate tracking
• Communicate with placed employees regarding onboarding, payroll setup, and system access
• Support recruiters with pipeline organization and status updates
• Run front desk operations independently

What We’re Looking For

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• High attention to detail — accuracy matters
• Comfortable communicating with candidates, employees, and clients
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Data entry experience required
• Previous administrative, customer service, or office experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required
