Preconstruction Coordinator

The Preconstruction Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining project documentation, subcontractor lists, and Preconstruction databases to enable the Preconstruction project team efforts by ensuring a timely deliverable. Requirements Requires an Associate's degree in Business, Logistics or other related curriculum or equivalent working knowledge/experience. Preferred Education and Experience • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools • General knowledge of construction process and procedures • Experience with the construction bidding process Travel • Little to no travel is required
