Optometrist (OD) – Full-Time or Part-Time – Inlet Beach, FLJoin our established private practice! We are looking for a dedicated Optometrist to join our team on a Full-Time or Part-Time basis. Join our Private Practice in beautiful Inlet Beach, FL, where we prioritize patient-centered vision care without sacrificing your personal life. We offer a flexible schedule, top-tier compensation, and a highly supportive, collaborative team environment.What We Offer:Sign-On Bonus: $20,000 to help welcome you to the team!Pay: $150,000 - $200,000 per year + Performance Bonuses & Full Benefits (Salary and sign-on bonus prorated for part-time candidates).Schedule: Mon–Fri, 9:30 am – 5 pm (No nights, no weekends!)Flexibility: Fully open to both Full-Time (4 day work week) and Part-Time candidates—we will customize the schedule to fit your lifestyle.Culture: A true private practice feel—we treat patients, not numbers.
