Application Architect - OPA ProSidian requires an Application Architect for our IT Effectiveness service line with experience in the design and implementation of custom technology-enabled business solutions. The Application Architect is tasked with analysis and development of Oracle Policy Automation (OPA) Rule Bases. Areas of interest include Oracle Policy Modeling, XML, XSL and Web Services Development, DBMS Application Development, PL/SQL, Oracle Policy Automation, OPA Web Determinations engines, and OPA training.As part of the development team, the application architect will analyze and develop OPA Rule Bases for a client organization in charge of Licensing and Permitting processes.
